GOOGLE BUSINESS PAGE

1. Do you have a Google Business Profile?

  • Check https://business.google.com/ and see if you can login, if you don’t see your business you may need to set up one.
  • Check to see if someone else has set it up for you already by searching your company in Google Maps.
  • If not, let’s set one up!

2. Add / Remove managers to your Google Business Profile

  • If you have a profile, invite both dave@pdmutah.com and performancedrivenmarketing@gmail.com as managers.
    • Go to your Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
    • Click Menu Menu and then Business Profile settings and then People and access.
    • At the top left, click Add Invite new users.
    • Enter a name or email address.
    • Under “Access,” choose Owner or Manager.
    • Click Invite..

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

1. Do you have a Google Analytics on your site already?

  • Ask your account manager to find out before proceeding.
  • If no, let’s create one!
    • To create a Google Analytics account, you can follow these steps: 
    • Create a Google account
    • Go to Google Analytics – Go to https://analytics.google.com/
    • Select Start Measuring
    • Enter an account name
    • Choose your data sharing settings
    • Enter your website’s URL
    • Select your reporting time zone and currency
    • Enter business information
    • Accept Google’s Terms of Service

2. Add / Remove managers to your Google Analytics

  • If you have an account, invite both dave@pdmutah.com and performancedrivenmarketing@gmail.com as Administrators.
    • Log in to Google Analytics
    • Click the Admin gear icon
    • Click Account Access Management
    • Click the + button
    • Click Add users
    • Enter the email address of the person you want to add
    • Select the role you want to grant
    • Click Add
    • Ask the person to accept the invitation

GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE

  1. How to check if GSC is set up 
    • Go to Google Search Console
    • Sign in with your Google account
    • Look for your website’s data or domain
    • If you don’t see your website’s data or domain, you might need to add your site to GSC.
    • If with a previous company, you may need to ask them for ownership.
  2. How to setup GSC (We can do all the verification steps, just need access)
    • Sign in to GSC with your Google account (same account used for Google Analytics)
    • Add your website as a property (No need to verify yet, we will do that for you)
  3. Invite PDM to manage your GSC.
    • Open the property in Search Console.
    • Open the Users and permissions page in property settings (Settings Settings > Users and permissions). This page is visible only if you’re a property owner.
    • Click Add user
      • Invite both dave@pdmutah.com and performancedrivenmarketing@gmail.com with “FULL” permissions.

To invite an agency to manage your Google Ads account, you can: 

  1. Log in to your Google Ads account
  2. Click the Admin icon
  3. Click Access and security
  4. Click the plus button
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  6. Select the level of access you want to grant them
  7. Click Send invitation
  8. Wait for the invitee to accept the invitation
  9. You’ll receive a notification in your account when the invitation is accepted

You can also share your Google Ads account ID with the agency. The account ID is a 10-digit number that you can find in the top-right corner of your Google Ads account. 

META ACCOUNT ACCESS (FACEBOOK)

To invite someone to access your Meta Ads account, you can: 

  1. Log in to your Meta Ads Manager account
  2. Go to Business Settings
  3. Click People
  4. Click Add People
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  6. Select the role you want to give them
  7. Choose the assets you want them to have access to
  8. Click Invite

You can choose from a range of access levels, including: Partial Access, Full Access, Admin, Advertiser, and View only. Please invite victor@pdmutah.com with Full Access.


YELP CREATION / CLAIMING / ACCESS

  1. How to add or claim your business on Yelp:
    • Go to Yelp for Business: Access the website at “biz.yelp.com/claim“. 
    • Search for your business: Enter your business name to see if it’s already listed. 
    • Claim existing listing: If found, click to claim the business and verify your ownership. 
    • Add new business: If not listed, click “Add to Yelp for free” and fill in your business details. 
    • Create account: Provide your email address and create a Yelp for Business account. 
    • Verify your business: Follow the verification process to confirm your ownership.
