We have some new faces at Performance Driven Marketing! We want to highlight the members of our amazing team and introduce them to you. We asked them some questions to help you get to know them. We are so happy to have Noah, Katie, and Elizabeth as our newest team members at PDM!

1) What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

Noah: Watch football during football season, or play video games when it’s not football season

Katie: I love to play pickleball with my friends and family

Elizabeth: I love to be outside and do something active like run, ski, or camp. I also love watching sports with my husband and relaxing a bit.

2) Are you into podcasts or do you only listen to music? What have you been listening to lately? 

Noah: 90’s rock/rap mainly

Katie: I listen to both music and podcasts, but mostly music and country is my favorite genre

Elizabeth: I like listening to podcasts and music. One of my favorite podcasts is How I Built This and I love Chris Stapleton’s music.

3) Disneyland or Disney World? 

Noah: Tough choice, but I will go with Disney World; way bigger.

Elizabeth: Since I’ve never been to Disney World, I would go there!

4) When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? Do you think that translates to what you do now?

Noah: To be a navy seal; no that does not translate to graphic designer in any capacity lol not sure how I got here

Katie: I wanted to be an airline stewardess which basically has no correlation to what I do now, haha!

Elizabeth: I wanted to do something in the medical field like be an ultrasound tech or physical therapist, which I don’t think translates to what I’m doing now. I guess my interests changed as I got older haha. 

5) Favorite pizza toppings?

Noah: Pineapple; it belongs on pizza, don’t question that.

Katie: Olives

Elizabeth: Pepperoni and sausage.

6) If you could be a superhero, what would be your ideal superpower? Why?

Noah: Ideal superpower would be invisibility so I can disappear in awkward moments

Katie: My ideal superpower would probably be to become super intelligent

Elizabeth: I would definitely be able to teleport! It would save so much time!

7) Describe your perfect day

Noah: Perfect day would be playing video games all day during a winter storm and not hearing kids say dad every two seconds

Katie: At the beach reading a book!

Elizabeth: My perfect day would include a lazy morning, an afternoon at the beach or lake, a steak for dinner, and a fun activity with friends or family that evening.

8) What is your favorite type of weather?

Noah: Thunderstorms

Katie: Warm and sunny all day

Elizabeth: I love really warm and sunny weather!

9) How do you stay productive at work?

Noah: Who said I stayed productive at work…

Katie:  I stay productive at work by setting goals, taking breaks to stand up and stretch, and making sure I am drinking plenty of water

Elizabeth: I make a list of everything that needs to be done that day and I take breaks every once in a while.

10) Do you have a morning routine at work? If so, what’s it like?

Noah: No routine, I just wing it every morning

Katie: My morning routine at work is turning on my computer, logging into everything, making a cup of coffee, and then I get to work!

Elizabeth: Nothing fancy, just check my emails, make my to-do list, and get situated for the day.

11) What’s one work-related thing you want to accomplish in the next year?

Noah: I would like to accomplish learning new design techniques for web design

Katie: One work thing I would like to accomplish over the next year is truly understanding and grasping the entirety of the SEO process.

Elizabeth: I want to learn new skills that have to do with communications, like graphic design and videography.
