Elijah’s relationship with PDM’s founder, Dave Wade, began over five years ago when he served as Vice President of their local BNI chapter. This long-standing connection has evolved into a successful partnership, with Elijah leveraging his deep network and business acumen to help PDM acquire new clients and broaden its impact in various industries. His expertise in building relationships and navigating complex business landscapes makes him a key player in driving PDM’s ongoing success.

In addition to his role at PDM, Elijah is the founder and CEO of Blackstar Syndicate, a Utah-based fractional C-Suite firm specializing in business administration, technology, and operations. He also sits on the board of several tech companies where he leads strategic initiatives and helps businesses achieve long-term growth. Elijah’s extensive background in marketing, strategy, and client management—combined with his international experience and leadership roles in both political and business sectors—makes him a vital asset to the PDM team.

Most recently, Elijah has taken on the role of VP of Edison House’s business club in slc, as well as his role as Board Advisor at Neumont Computer Science College in Salt Lake City.
