Victor Hubbard and his business partner, Dave Wade, first started Performance Driven Marketing to offer more services to some of their yellow page clients. However, because Victor is driven to helping others achieve success, the side business quickly turned into a full-scale company. It became clear that Performance Driven Marketing could give clients better return on investments (ROI) than they were getting standard one-size-fits-all all marketing plans and services.
With a vision of creating a company that put its customers satisfaction at the forefront, Victor has been striving to provide excellent, personalized service to everyone he works with. He makes sure that each and every client sees the difference that Performance Driven Marketing is making for his/her business.
Marketing has been Victor’s passion ever since graduating from BYU-Idaho with a degree in business communications. He also learned valuable marketing skills when he worked for Yellowbook, Money Mailer, and The Sign Hub; his first business venture. These skills allow Victor to relate with and educate his clients on the best marketing practices.
Victor’s favorite type of marketing is internet marketing because it is flexible, easy to track, and successful. Internet marketing makes it simple for Victor to show his clients results so that they can see exactly how hard their marketing investments are working.
When Victor isn’t meeting with clients or creating killer online marketing campaigns, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, woodworking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
