Dave Wade is the co-owner of Performance Driven Marketing and a seasoned marketing strategist with nearly 20 years of experience helping businesses grow. A U.S. Army veteran with a relentless work ethic, Dave launched PDM in 2008 after discovering a passion for marketing during his time in school and early career selling Yellow Page ads.
What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a lifelong mission: helping companies get real results from their marketing. From search engine optimization and web design to branding and lead generation, Dave has built a reputation for straight talk, smart strategy, and doing what it takes to move the needle.
Since founding Performance Driven Marketing, Dave has helped businesses across the country increase visibility, attract better leads, and generate more revenue. He believes in a client-first approach built on accountability, transparency, and long-term success.
In addition to leading PDM, Dave serves on the board of the BlackStar Syndicate, a national network of elite entrepreneurs and business leaders focused on strategic growth, deal-making, and high-level collaboration. He’s also spoken at marketing and business conferences around the country and has lobbied Congress on digital advertising policy.
Outside of work, Dave is a high school wrestling coach and brings the same energy, discipline, and competitive drive to coaching as he does to business. He’s a proud
